Terms

Last Updated: August 16, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cornerstone Lead Systems website and services.

By purchasing services from Cornerstone Lead Systems, submitting information through our website, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Cornerstone Lead Systems provides services that may include:

  • Website design and development

  • Website hosting

  • Website maintenance and management

  • Lead-generation systems

  • CRM setup

  • Marketing automation

  • Email and SMS systems

  • Search engine optimization

  • Digital advertising services

  • Other related marketing and business technology services

The exact scope of services provided to a client may depend on the package, proposal, order, or agreement purchased.

2. Website Package

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Professional Website Package currently consists of an initial website setup fee and an ongoing monthly hosting and management fee.

Pricing, features, and included services may change for future purchases.

Any pricing applicable to an existing customer will be governed by the agreement or checkout terms applicable at the time of purchase.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

By purchasing a recurring service, you authorize Cornerstone Lead Systems and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout.

Recurring charges will continue until the subscription is canceled in accordance with these Terms or another applicable written agreement.

Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of recurring services by contacting Cornerstone Lead Systems.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically provide a refund for services already delivered or billing periods already begun.

If hosting or website management services are canceled, the customer’s website may no longer remain hosted through Cornerstone Lead Systems after the applicable paid service period ends.

5. Refunds

Because website design and related services involve labor, setup, configuration, software expenses, and customized work, payments may become non-refundable once work has begun.

Any refund granted by Cornerstone Lead Systems is at our discretion unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in a written agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information necessary for us to perform services.

This may include:

  • Business information

  • Service descriptions

  • Contact information

  • Logos

  • Photos

  • Domain access

  • Hosting or DNS access

  • Reviews or testimonials

  • Licensing or certification information

  • Other requested content or credentials

Project timelines may be delayed if required information, content, approvals, or access are not provided.

7. Client Content and Permissions

Clients retain ownership of content they provide to us.

By providing content to Cornerstone Lead Systems, the client grants us permission to use, reproduce, modify, format, and publish that content as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased services.

Clients represent that they own or have permission to use all logos, photos, text, testimonials, trademarks, and other materials they provide.

Cornerstone Lead Systems is not responsible for claims resulting from materials supplied by a client without proper authorization.

8. Website Approval

Clients will generally be provided an opportunity to review their website before launch.

Once a client approves the website for publication, Cornerstone Lead Systems may proceed with launch.

Minor ongoing edits may be included depending on the client’s service package. Major redesigns, additional functionality, new pages, or significant scope changes may require additional fees.

9. Domains

Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of domains they already own.

Cornerstone Lead Systems may assist with domain configuration, DNS records, and website connections but is not responsible for interruptions caused by registrars, DNS providers, third-party platforms, expired domains, or client account issues outside our control.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms including hosting companies, payment processors, CRM providers, communications providers, domain registrars, cloud storage services, advertising platforms, and other software providers.

Cornerstone Lead Systems does not control these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or continued functionality of third-party services.

11. Search Rankings and Lead Results

Cornerstone Lead Systems does not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, lead quantities, sales, revenue, conversion rates, advertising performance, or other business results.

Marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, pricing, customer service, advertising budgets, platform changes, and consumer behavior.

12. SMS Communications

By separately opting in to SMS communications from Cornerstone Lead Systems, you consent to receive the types of messages described at the time you provide consent.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Our SMS practices are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

HighLevel’s current carrier guidance requires sender identification, opt-out/support instructions, message-frequency disclosure, and a link or reference to the Privacy Policy in the SMS terms.

13. Intellectual Property

Cornerstone Lead Systems retains ownership of its own trademarks, branding, processes, templates, systems, software configurations, and other proprietary materials except where otherwise agreed in writing.

Client-specific content remains subject to the ownership provisions described above.

14. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

While we aim to provide reliable professional services, we cannot guarantee that websites, software, hosting systems, integrations, communications systems, or third-party platforms will operate without interruption or error.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cornerstone Lead Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a particular service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Cornerstone Lead Systems for that service during the applicable period giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornerstone Lead Systems from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from materials you provide, your misuse of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

18. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
